WEEK OF MARCH 18 - 22


NO MEDIOCRITY – TOWARDS EXCELLENCE!!
Reminders:
  • Starting Monday, November 5, homework needs to be turned in at the beginning of the day. (HOMEWORK BOX) No work no credit.
  • Do not forget to make your index cards with rules and procedures on a daily basis.
  • Homework must be kept in your binder at all times.
  • Quizzes are given back to the students once they are graded and discussed in class. They are placed in the binders. Corrections are made in the notebook.
  • Please bring all supplies to class every day (book, notebook, binder, pencil case)
  • Check ENGRADE every week.

MAP TOOLKIT
Do you want to improve your MAP scores? For math, look at your RIT range by goal strand for Fall 2012 (Use the index card we made in class). Use these numbers to select appropriate activities under each goal area. For example, if your RIT range for Geometry is 175-190, you would go to the click on the 171-180 and 181-190 links under Geometry and Measurement in order for find activities at your level. Since Geometry and Measurement are grouped together, you would be looking for geometry skills, such as shapes. Here is the math website:
